Originally from Hungary, the Takács Quartet is now in demand the world over. Founded by the great Gábor Takács-Nagy, now a renowned maestro, the quartet's composition has evolved over the years. Here, Edward Dusinberre, Károly Schranz, Roger Tapping, and András Fejér invite us to a memorable performance, with guest violist Nobuko Imai, of Brahms's String Quintet No. 1 in F major, a true masterpiece of chamber music!
