О программе

The pianists Jean-Frédéric Neuburger and Bertrand Chamayou in quartet with the percussionists Emmanuel Curt and Daniel Ciampolini for a concert braodcast live from the Louvre auditorium.

After Jordi Savall, Shlomo Mintz, Boris Berezovsky and Viktoria Mullova, the Louvre Museum in Paris opens once again its auditorium to the young generation by inviting Jean-Frédéric Neuburger and friends to kick off the 2014 season. A worldwide renowned pianist, organist and teacher, Jean-Frédéric Neuburger is a 28-year old musician with plenty of talent to spare. A passionate about gregorian, romantic and spectral musics, he is regularly invited by prestigious musical institutions and is following a path which is reminiscent of Olivier Messiaen's own artistic career.

No wonder then that Jean-Frédéric Neuburger, along with his friend Bertrand Chamayou, will dedicated this concert to figureheads of modern music: Debussy, Stravinsky. The percussionists Emmanuel Curt and Daniel Ciampolini will join the piano duet to perfom altogether the famous and virtuoso Bartok's Sonata for Two Pianos and Percussion, as well as Neuburger's Sinfonia for Two Pianos and Percussion.
