For the third consecutive year, the Verbier Festival invites the rising star of the piano Khatia Buniatishvili.

Khatia Buniatishvili is one of the Verbier Festival's great revelations. At the age of 25, this young Georgian pianist has already an incredible career. Praised by the critics and the audience for her maturity, virtuosity and imagination, she is the a regular guest of the greatest festivals and has been rewarded with many prizes including the 3rd prize at the Rubinstein Competition in 2008.

During this concert, Khatia plays Mussorgsky's Pictures at an exhibition, Liszt's Piano arrangements of Schubert's Lieder, Chopin's Scherzi and Ravel's La Valse...
