Experience the enchantment of Weber's fanciful Oberon Overture, Dukas's mischievous Sorcerer's Apprentice (famously used in Fantasia), and — with Mutter lending her magical violin skills — Saint-Saëns's diabolical Rondo capriccioso, plus a sampling of beloved movie scores by John Williams, including The Witches of Eastwick, Jurassic Park, and Harry Potter. To cap off an electrifying evening, selections from Stravinsky's Firebird keep the summer heat blazing past sundown in an explosive grand finale.
