Welsh bass-baritone Sir Bryn Terfel has been a mainstay on the most prestigious opera and concert stages for more than three decades. The power, expressiveness, and versatility of his voice have won him acclaim in a remarkable range of repertoire, from Mozart to Wagner, Britten to Stravinsky, and Fiddler on the Roof to Sweeney Todd. A winner of countless major awards (including four Grammys), Sir Bryn was invited to perform at the coronation of King Charles III in 2023 and alongside the Vienna Philharmonic at the Rolex ambassadors concert in 2025. This is his first appearance at the Vienna Philharmonic Summer Night Concert.
