Mahler Competition 2026: Final Concert & Award Ceremony

The Bamberg Symphony's prestigious Mahler Conducting Competition returns to medici.tv! Held every three years as a showcase for talented young conductors to prove their mettle alongside one of the world's preeminent orchestras, the Mahler Competition counts such illustrious prizewinners as Gustavo Dudamel (in the inaugural 2004 edition), Oksana Lyniv, Aziz Shokhakimov, Finnegan Downie Dear, and Lahav Shani.
