Octavian Lup

He graduated from the National University of Music from Bucharest under the master Marin Cazacu, continuing studying at the CNSM in Paris, with Roland Pidoux and Xavier Philips. He is currently following a PhD at the National University of Music from Bucharest, also being an associate teacher. As a soloist he performed recitals and concerts in Hungary, Spain, Maroc, Israel, Switzerland etc. In 2012 he was selected as an active member at Kronberg Academy Masterclass and in 2016 he got a scholarship for Sonoro Festival.

Prizes: Semifinalist in the International Competition George Enescu (2014); Second Prize at the International Competition David Popper (Hungary).
