Kirill Troussov y Alexandra Troussova interpretan a Brahms, Vitali, Ysaye y Chaikovski

Born 1982 in St.Petersburg, Russia, Kirill Troussov began his violin studies at the age of four, attending the Rimski-Korsakov Conservatory in St.Petersburg. Two years later first performance at the St.Petersburg Philharmonic Hall. Seven years old, he performed with the Russian National Orchestra in Moskau under Arnold Katz. He was Prizewinner at several Violin Competitions such as Y.Menuhin Competition, first prize Oleg Kagan Competition, 1989 culture prize "PRO-Europa," first prize Wieniawsky Violincompetition and winner of the Davodoff Prize 2004 at the Schleswig Holstein Music Festival. 1995-1999 Kirill Troussov was at the Verbier Festival as soloist and chamber musician and was awarded the "Reuter-Scholarship." Following, he performed through Europe, USA and Japan. Kirill Troussov has performed with orchestras like (SWR) Orchestra Baden-Baden, Bamberger Symphoniker, Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte Carlo, Münchner Philharmoniker, Firenze Maggio Musicale, Russian National Orchestra, Staatskapelle Berlin, Gewandhausorchester Leiptzig, Prague Philharmonic under Hiroshi Wakasugi, David Stern, Sir Neville Marriner, Mikko Frank, Josef Suk, Jean-Jacques Kantorow, Michael Schoenwandt, Vladimir Spivakov, Nicola Luisotti and Jiri Belohlavec. Kirill Troussov has played at Music-Festivals and Concerts Halls all around Europe in such as Septembre Musical, Folles Journees, Gulbenkian Foundation, Lanaudiere Music Festival, Ludwigsburger Schlossfestspiele ,Saint-Riquier, Théâtre du Châtelet ,Concertgebouw, De Doelen, Théâtre des Champs Elysées, Palais des Beaux Arts, Berlin Konzerthaus, Basel Casino, Monte Carlo CasinoandSalle Rainier III,Auditorium du Louvre. He also plays chamber music with different artists like at the Kronberg Academy with Heinrich Schiff and Yuri Bashmet, where he was invited by Gidon Kremer. His first CD was released by EMI and got several favorable prizes. Currently Troussov is doing his postgraduate in Munich with Prof. and conductor Christoph Poppen. Kirill Troussov plays the 1702 "Brodsky" Antonio Stradivarius violin, on which the world premiere of Tchaikovsky`s Violin Concerto was performed by Adolf Brodsky on December 4th 1879.
