Feast your eyes and ears on the first opera by composer Sivan Eldar and librettist Cordelia Lynn, Like flesh! With music performed by the acclaimed Maxime Pascal and his boundary-pushing ensemble Le Balcon, this opera finds inspiration in the mythology of women transformed into trees, as in Ovid's Metamorphoses, blurring the boundaries between humans and their environment—and among humans themselves.
