Every year, the Fondation Louis Vuitton's Piano Jazz Sessions feature some of the biggest names in jazz — and in 2026, the legendary pianist Robert Glasper and his trio light up the Paris stage with an improvised set featuring original compositions alongside new takes on classics like Radiohead's "Everything in Its Right Place" (timecode: 19:57-26:22). A mainstay of the famous Blue Note Jazz Clubs in New York and Los Angeles, Glasper made a huge splash with the 2004 album Mood, propelled by his unique style with hip-hop and R&B elements. Over the years, his disparate influences have coalesced into an innovative and modern jazz idiom that has won over audiences and critics alike, with no fewer than five Grammy Awards to his name. Alongside bassist Vicente Archer and drummer Damion Reid, Glasper puts on a masterful display of piano virtuosity and extraordinary musical richness.
