Manon Mullener, César Correa, and David Stauffacher in Zurich

Pianists Manon Mullener and César Correa come together to perform a set composed mostly of originals, as well as some traditional Peruvian music, Correa’s home country. Both technically skilled and full of style, Mullener and Correa’s original works incorporate influences from Latin, Classical and Jazz music, a product of the two artists' upbringings. Correa, actually being the teacher of Mullener, influenced and guided her in her pursuit of playing Latin music. The two Pianists are accompanied by Swiss Percussionist David Stauffacher, who plays various forms of Latin percussion, such as the Congos, Bongos and Cajon, the box drum he sits upon during this energetic performance.
