Kham Meslien in Chamonix

A former member of Lo’jo, the iconic Angers jazz group, Kham Meslien has been performing solo since 2016. He released his first album, Fantômes... Futurs in 2022. With the Mont Blanc as his backdrop, he continues to pursue his personal path and offers the audience at the CosmoJazz Festival 2023 a truly magical moment… Alone on stage, the double bassist accompanies his favorite instrument with percussion and a charango, while unfolding a soundscape of great intricacy. Enhancing the atmosphere with effects, loops, and overlays, he creates highly evocative compositions, inviting collective meditation and creating a timeless interlude, faithful to the unique spirit of CosmoJazz.
