A setting steeped in history, inhabited by one of the best-loved vocal artists of the 21st century: Gregory Porter. In an unprecedented collaboration with British band Metronomy, he sings several tracks from his Grammy-winning album Liquid Spirit, in the Best Jazz Vocal category, as well as some of the great jazz standards! Formed by multi-instrumentalist musicians Joseph Mount, Oscar Cash, Anna Prior, Olugbenga Adelekan, and Michael Lovett, Metronomy has established itself over the past twenty years as a key figure on the international pop-electro scene. The group's trademark dance rhythms and melancholy overtones have conquered some of Europe's biggest venues over the years.
