Chucho Valdés at Vienne — With Concha Buika

Chucho Valdés and the Afro Cuban Messengers, joined by the incredible voice of Concha Buika, take to the stage of the 2013 Jazz à Vienne Festival, one of the most notable jazz festivals across the globe. The Cuban pianist leads the Messengers on a journey through Latin Jazz. The ensemble plays complex, layered rhythmic grooves, and under the leadership of Valdés, the group creates tidy grooves that feel effortless to the listener.
