Thierry Escaich and Christian-Pierre La Marca play Bach, Escaich, Fauré, and Ligeti Concert behind closed doors

About

Join two artists of great renown at the Fondation Singer-Polignac for this closed-door rendez-vous, an expert blend of innovation and tradition! Composer Thierry Escaich on piano, alongside Christian-Pierre La Marca on cello, take you on a musical tour of the ages—featuring works by J.S. Bach, quintessential master of the Baroque; Gabriel Fauré, Romantic par excellence; and Györgi Ligeti, 20th-century avant-garde visionary. The spectacular evening also features Escaich's own work, ornate with improvisations and musical commentaries.
