About

The Verbier 2015 Festival presents "Roots," an original concert showcasing the Romanian folk music.

Travel to the source of inspiration with Martin Fröst, Daniel Lozakovich, Anna Lee, Jiyoon Lee, the Arod Quartet, Théotime Voisin and Julien Quentin.

They interpret Mésomedes de Grèce, Sainte Hildegard von Bingen, Georg Philipp Telemann, Robert Schumann, Johannes Brahms, Béla Bartók, Astor Piazzolla, Maurice Ravel, Manuel De Falla, and Göran Fröst, in order to dive into the deeper side of the Balkans's popular music.
