He is currently a student at the University of Auckland under the tutelage of prof. Qu Yong. He benefits from the Margaret Doone Memorial, D.D O’Connor and Dame Malvina Major Foundation scholarships.

Prizes: First Prizeat the Ronisch Piano Competition (2013); Semifinalist at the Christchurch National Piano Competition and North Shore Performing Arts Competition.
