He started studying cello at 6, having his first recital at 12. He studied at Musik-Academie Basel, with Ivan Monighetti. He also attended masterclasses held by Natalia Gutman, David Geringas, Karina Georgian etc. He performed in Switzerland, France, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic etc.
Prizes: Fondation Leenaards Prize (2013); First prize at Schweizer Solisten-Vorspiel (2012).
