About

Inaugurated in December 2007, the National Center for the Performing Arts in Beijing (NCPA), an architectural masterpiece designed by Paul Andreu, has quickly become one of the most important scenes in the music world.

In April 2011, in accordance with its dynamic and avant-garde qualities, the center presented for the first time to music lovers around the world, a live webcast from its concert hall: Yundi Li's concert was broadcast live on medici.tv!

In June 2012, history repeats itself: medici.tv webcasts live and free of charge the final round of Plácido Domingo's Operalia Competition, which takes place at the NCPA Beijing for the first time ever!
