Every year, the Verbier Festival schedules an opera, played by the best artists of our time, who are also very often familiar with the festival. This year in Verbier, two lyrical but completely different masterpieces are performed: Le Nozze by Mozart and Pelleas and Melisandeby Debussy.

Le Nozze di Figaro was written after the bold and revolutionary play by Beaumarchais, and composed on a libretto by the privileged partner of the musician in Salzburg, Lorenzo da Ponte.
