A star-studded, genre-traversing cast celebrate French virtuoso violinist Dider Lockwood! A central figure of contemporary jazz for over four decades, Lockwood is known for both an unabashed curiosity—perhaps best evidenced in projects like Omkara, a collaboration with choreographer Raghunath Manet, or the infamous electronic "seagull" imitations that peppered his peformances—and a desire to share it so deep that he created his own learning method, "Cordes et âmes" ("strings and soul").
