Youssou N'Dour

A real star of the African music scene, King of the mbalax, but also actor, businessman and politician, Youssou N'Dour is a guest of the Verbier Festival, and his show will be broadcast live on medici.tv!

Youssou N'dour, willing to undertake a musical career since his early childhood, is today a committed artist, but also the President's advisor, and the tourism and culture minister in Senegal. Not only talented but also charismatic, he was awarded with many prizes for his music.

A star of the African music scene, Youssou N'Dour is called the King of mbalax, a popular Senegalese music very danceable and rhythmic, based on percussions such as the tama and sabar.
