Live on medici.tv, Gianandrea Noseda joins the Verbier Festival Orchestra alongside great opera talents to interpret Verdi and Rachmaninov!
It's not a secret, Verdi is one of the favorite composers of music director of the Teatro Regio Torino Gianandrea Noseda – now a regular at the Verbier Festival. This year, he chose to conduct excerpts from Luisa Miller, with the title role given to star Erika Grimaldi. Joining them are nothing but the creme-de-la-creme of the opera singers: Daniela Barcellona, Piotr Beczala, Simone Piazzola, Vitalij Kowaljow and David Shipley. An opera in concert version, not to be missed on medici.tv! The program will end with Rachmaninov's Symphonic Dances.
