Schumann, J. Strauss II and Schubert at the Verbier Festival

This is one of the distinctive features of the Verbier Festival: the best soloists of the moment, global stars and young talents, meet in a festive concert of chamber music with works by Schumann, J. Strauss II and Schubert. This is a concert to follow live from the Salle des Combins on medici.tv.

Three of the most popular violinists on the international scene join this unique concert: Lisa Batiashvili whom the Financial Times had praised for her virtuosity and deep sensitivity; Renaud Capuçon and Alexandra Conunova – a finalist of the XV Tchaikovsky Competition in the violin category just days ago.
