Alain Altinoglu conducts Mozart and Mendelssohn – With Richard Goode

Following his sensational appearance at last year's Verbier Festival, Richard Goode returns! The celebrated American pianist joins the young musicians of the Verbier Festival Junior Orchestra under the baton of the great French maestro Alain Altinoglu. On the program are Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 20 and Mendelssohn's Reformation Symphony, a work with the peculiarity of being in D despite the fact that only its final movement is really in that tonality!
