Program notes

Louis Thomas Hardin, aka "Moondog", also nicknamed "the viking of 6th Avenue", is a landmark figure in New York's twentieth century music scene. This versatile musician, blinded in a dynamite accident at age 16, left behind several hundred works after his death in 1999, some of which are yet to be translated from Braille.
