Jan Lisiecki plays Bach and Chopin

About

Jan Lisiecki, the new piano sensation, in a Bach-Chopin recital live on medici.tv.

"Probably the most accomplished pianist of his age," that's how BBC Music Magazine called him two years ago. Now that he has just turned 18, the Canadian pianist is a true rising star of his instrument.

Plucked early by the Verbier Festival, which schedules every year since 2011 a recital of his at the Verbier church, Jan Lisiecki plays twice in 2013. After his debuts at Combins in Mozart's Concerto No. 20 with Christian Zacharias, he performs a Bach and Chopin recital.
