Pablo Casals was the most famous musician of his time, the first great cellist in the history of modern music, who restored the cello to its rightful place in the hearts of music lovers.
Since his death in 1973, this is the first documentary on the cellist, stressing his high political awareness, his hate for totalitarism and his lifelong fight for democracy and peace.
