Lars Vogt, who once was the first ever Pianist in Residence for the Berliner Philharmoniker, is also one of the major chamber musicians of his generation. He opens the 2011 morning concerts at the Verbier Festival, with a programme that goes from the first Romantism of Beethoven to the modern Janáček, featuring the emblematic work of Schubert.
