Jean-Marc Luisada, Confession of a pianist
Laurent Korcia (violin), Jean-Paul Fouchécourt (voice), Marin Alsop (conductor)
Pianist Jean-Marc Luisada is considered one of the best of his generation. He enters the Paris Conservatory following four years of studies in England and before beginning a distinguished career.
To get a better insight into his career, the film director followed Jean-Marc Luisada at different stages of his concerts: the work during rehearsals, the tension in the backstage, the entrance on stage ... During the movie, we also get acquainted with violinist Laurent Korcia, the Orchestre National de Lille, conductor Marin Alsop and the tenor Jean-Paul Fouchecourt; we discover the relationships that develop between the musicians. Most importantly however, we enter intimacy of a man who depicts his own music as a "confession."
