Festival of World Sacred Music, Fez, 2005

For almost twenty years now, Fez, jewel of the Moroccan Atlas, hosts the most prestigious world musicians of the international scene. The festival honors all types of sacred music and celebrates tolerance, generosity and ecumenism. During two weeks, the concerts taking place every night at the center of the medina, allow a real dialogue between cultures, religions and spiritualities.

This very sensible documentary directed by Sébastien Glas, gathers the best of the 2005 edition: Teresa Berganza, Anoushka and Ravi Shankar, Duquende and the best Sufi and Qawwali singers…
