One of the most original French quintets, live on medici.tv for the very first time.

The five musicians of the Ensemble Percussions Claviers de Lyon aim at the same goal: developping together and thanks to the percussion keyboards an eclectic and rare repertoire of transcriptions and creations. They associate marimbas, vibraphones and xylophones to explore and overpass the genres, forms, and technics.

In this concert programmed as part of the 2012 Musicora exhibition in Paris, the ensemble plays transcriptions by Debussy, but also a piece by Gérard Lecointe (a member of the ensemble, who is also a composer) and a new work by François Narboni, Rigodon, which they create in May 2012 in Lyon.
